Shipping Policy
Processing
Handling time is 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The daily cutoff is 7:00 PM, fixed UTC−06:00 (CST); this does not change for daylight saving time. Orders before the cutoff enter the processing calculation that day. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends or holidays enter it on the next business day.
Transit & Estimated Total
Transit time is 3–4 business days after dispatch. Handling plus transit gives an estimated total of 4–6 business days, measured from the applicable processing start. This estimate is not a delivery guarantee.
